Auradev is an electronic music producer that weaves together ambient, and hard-hitting percussive elements, inviting listeners into an otherworldly & head-bobbing atmosphere reminiscent of Warp Records from the early aughts. The project originated in an electronic music composition class while studying for a degree in percussion. This discovery of synthesis, sampling, and sound manipulation opened new creative channels, blending with a deeply ingrained rhythm from years of competitive drum corps and culminating a few years later as a member of the electronic post-rock band Sonmi.

Auradev’s music pulses with a hard-hitting percussive side, combined with intricate layering and rich melodic textures shaped by time spent in Portland’s celebrated band Hosannas. Drawing on these varied experiences, Auradev crafts immersive tracks where organic samples intertwine with ambient synths and rhythmic precision—creating a sonic journey that’s both vast and intimate.

Through various collaborations and iterations, Auradev has shared the stage with acts like The Crystal Method, Bonobo, and Blockhead, and performed at festivals including Moogfest and Camp Bisco.
